OHFA Board Approves Financing for Six Housing Developments

COLUMBUS, OH - The Ohio Housing Finance Agency (OHFA) Board approved financing from various programs to support six housing developments to create or preserve affordable housing units throughout the state. The developments that received Board approvals for funding are:

Central

All in Dublin: Developers, All Inclusive Living, the Columbus Metropolitan Housing Authority, and Finch Group dba TFG Housing Resources received approval for a $1.75 million Housing Development Loan. The development, which previously received 2025 9% Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) reservation, will create 75 new units for families in Dublin (Franklin County).

The Ashford at Central Park: Wallick Development, LLC, received approval authorizing the issuance of up to $33.5 million in Multifamily Housing Revenue Bonds and will receive a 4% LIHTC reservation. The development will create 122 new units of affordable assisted living in Heath (Licking County).

Barthman Family Homes: NRP Holdings LLC received approval for a $2 million Housing Development Loan. The development, which will also receive 4% LIHTC, will create 150 units for families in Columbus (Franklin County).

Northeast

Pleasant Meadows Village: Buckeye Community Hope Foundation received approval for a $1.75 million Housing Development Loan. The development, which previously received a 2025 9% LIHTC reservation, will rehabilitate 72 new units for families in Cuyahoga Falls (Summit County).

Wade Park Station: Wallick Development, LLC, received approval for a $1.75 million Housing Development Loan. The development, which previously received a 2025 9% LIHTC reservation, will create 40 new units for older Ohioans living in Cleveland (Cuyahoga County).

Southwest

Mid Line (fka Vine & Polk): Developers, Over-the-Rhine Community Housings, 8K Development Company, LLC, and Clifton Heights Community Urban Development Corporation received approval for a $1.75 million Housing Development Loan and $1 million in Housing Development Assistance Program funding. The development, which previously received a reservation of 2025 9% LIHTC, will create 57 new units for families in Cincinnati (Hamilton County).
