Mid Line Apartments, Cincinnati, Hamilton County, Ohio
The State of Ohio published a Combined Notice of Finding of No Significant Impact (FONSI) and Notice of Intent to Request Release of Funds (NOI/RROF) regarding the Mid Line Apartments, Cincinnati on January 12, 2026.
On or about, but not before, January 28, 2026, the State of Ohio will submit a request to the U.S. Department Housing and Urban Development (HUD) for the release of Federal funds under Section 288 of Title II of the Cranston Gonzalez National Affordable Housing Act (NAHA), as amended to be used for the following project:

For-Profit Developer: Over-the-Rhine Community Housing
Location: Cincinnati, Hamilton, Ohio
Project Description:
HOME funds will be used for the rehabilitation and new construction of the Mid Line apartments. The project consists of the rehabilitation of one (1) existing two-story residence and the new construction of one (1) four-story apartment building. The project will include a total of 57 units consisting of a mix of 1, 2, and 3-bedroom units and community features such as a fitness center, and on-site management.

The State of Ohio has determined that the project will have no significant impact on the human environment. Any individual, group, or agency may submit written comments on the environmental review record via email to the State of Ohio at Compliance@development.ohio.gov. All comments received before January 28, 2026 will be considered by the State of Ohio prior to authorizing submission of a request for release of funds.
